Sterling Multi Technologies Limited has signed contract with Dhaka City Corporation for setup a modern food lab both in Dhaka and Chittagong City Corporation. The Contract has signed on 9th September, 2013.
Khulna Essential Latex Plant (KELP)
Production Facilities
- Bulk Storage Tank: Mild Steel construction equipped with stirrer to provide homogeneous mixing of PV latex.
- Compounding Tank: Stainless Steel construction equipped with stirrer to ensure the ingredient of latex are strengthen, preserve and stabilized.
- Day Tank: Stainless Steel construction equipped that are fed into the dipping tank baser in required volume to be produced and which is adjustable using controllers.
- Dipping Tank: Stainless Steel construction equipped with electronically driven variable speed motor to provide optimum latex circulation. Temperature of latex in tank is controlled and maintained at optimum by jacked chilled water circulated to the tanks.
- Infra Heater: Infra Para Radiator oven for drying of latex dipped. PLC controlled to provide easy adjustment for latex film drying.
Water Treatment Plant
Sterling Provide Water Treatment Plant in National Institute of Neuroscience (NINS), Dhaka and Eastern Refinery in Chittagong and representing Aquatech, Italy.
